Ugh...
Let this be a warning to anyone who reads this blog or any other blog hosted by Google's Blogger. Beware of clicking "Next Blog" at the top of the page. It takes to you random blogs and there's no guarantee that you won't wind up somewhere bad. I was on Justin Taylor's blog a few moments ago and stupidly clicked "Next Blog" ...needless to say I had shut down my browser with a feverish fury of clicks.
I don't really see how this feature is of any benefit anyway? Who wants to just randomly search for blogs? Let the blogging community network itself and link together blogs of similar interest and content. I don't need someone who is less informed about the workings of the blogosphere leaping from my site to some random porn site thinking that I put that link there.
So much for Google's motto: "Don't be evil."
If anyone knows how to remove the search bar from the new Blogger template, feel free to clue me in.
